Two Runners at GGF Friday

Highland Yard is pleased to have two runners back at the re-opened Golden Gate Fields on Friday.

Zahra kicks things off in Race 3 off of a nine month layoff. We are pleased to see our homebred filly back on the track. She has been training well but will likely need this race to get back in tune. She always tries hard and has finished in the money in half of her lifetime races.

Zahra’s brother Bottle of Smoke keeps us right on track in Race 4 in a salty field of claimers going 1 mile on the dirt. Bottle has been assigned on the 3/1 morning line but will have his hands full with Megamesieter.
