Venetian Harbor Dominates Monrovia

Sent along from post 7 by jockey Mario Gutierrez, Venetian Harbor made all the running. She settled into a one length lead down the back stretch and pulled away down the stretch to win by a very comfortable 3 1/2 lengths. It was all we could have asked for her comeback race after not firing in the Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Sprint last November.

This was Venetian’s third Graded Stake victory and first on turf showing her versatility and opening more options for her 2021 campaign. Venetian came out of her race well and we look forward to her next run and a likely trip to Delmar and /or Saratoga this summer.
